1. Fulfilment partners
Sellers fulfil physical orders themselves or via integrated logistics partners such as Shiprocket. The tracking number (AWB) and label appear on your order page once dispatched.
2. Dispatch timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and pre-order items will display an extended timeline on the product page.
3. Delivery timeline (India)
- Metro cities: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2/3 cities: 4-7 business days.
- Remote pin codes: 7-10 business days.
4. International shipping
Available only on sellers that explicitly offer it. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Shipping charges
Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the seller's rate card. Free shipping thresholds are set per seller.
6. Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via a secure, signed download link.
7. Lost or damaged shipments
Report any loss or damage within 48 hours of the carrier's marked delivery date. We will work with the seller and carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, refund or replace.
8. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Re-shipping costs for returned-to-origin parcels caused by incorrect addresses are billable to the buyer.
